Any actual engagement for paid Services is governed by a separate written agreement entered into directly between you or your organization and me, not by these Terms of Use alone.

3. Not therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice

Coaching, facilitation, and assessment debriefs offered through this Site are developmental and educational in nature. They are not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychiatric care, medical treatment, legal counsel, or financial advice. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services in your area.

4. No guarantee of outcomes

Descriptions of methodology, workshop structure, or coaching approach on this Site are informational. I do not guarantee specific results — including but not limited to changes in employee engagement, retention, turnover, or individual behavior — as outcomes depend on factors outside my control, including participant engagement and organizational context.

5. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics, and other content on this Site are my property or used with permission, and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.
