Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Frank Szabo, PCC, doing business as /chaynj/ (“I,” “me,” or “my”), handles information in connection with this website (the “Site”). This Site does not use forms, accounts, or e-commerce checkout — the only way to contact me through the Site is by email.

2. Information I collect

I do not collect personal information automatically through this Site. The only personal information I receive is what you choose to send me directly — for example, if you email me to ask about a workshop, debrief, or coaching engagement, I receive your name, email address, and whatever you include in your message.

3. How I use that information

I use the information you send me to respond to your inquiry and, if we move forward, to plan and deliver the Services you’ve requested. I do not use it for advertising, and I do not sell or rent it to third parties.

4. Cookies and tracking

This Site does not use cookies, analytics, or advertising trackers.

5. Third-party services

This Site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Loading a page may share technical information such as your IP address with Google as part of delivering those fonts. Google’s handling of that information is governed by Google’s own privacy policy, not this one.

6. Data sharing

I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. I may share information with service providers who help me operate my business (for example, email hosting), solely to the extent needed to provide that service.

7. Data security

I take reasonable steps to protect information you send me, but no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and I cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Data retention

I retain email correspondence for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, deliver any Services you’ve engaged, and meet ordinary business and legal recordkeeping needs.

9. Children’s privacy

This Site is intended for business professionals and is not directed at children. I do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16.

10. Your California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives you certain rights over personal information collected about you, including the right to:

  • Know what personal information has been collected about you
  • Request deletion of personal information I hold about you
  • Correct inaccurate personal information
  • Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information — I do not sell or share personal information, so this does not apply to how this Site operates
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising these rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact me using the information in Section 12 below.

11. Changes to this policy

I may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, including if the Site begins using cookies, analytics, or forms in the future. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

12. Contact

Questions about this Privacy Policy, or requests regarding your personal information, can be sent to contact@chaynj.com.
