Ferenc Szabo, PCC
Founder & High-Performance Coach
Ferenc Szabo brings a lifetime of experience in high-performance environments to his leadership coaching. With over 24 years as a world-class gymnast and coach, he understands what it takes to perform under pressure, build resilience, and overcome setbacks. Ferenc’s journey is marked by dedication, discipline, and personal growth, shaped by both his triumphs and his challenges—including his own experience with burnout, which inspired his passion for helping others navigate demanding situations.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credentialed by the International Coaching Federation (ICF), Ferenc combines his athletic background with a deep understanding of emotional intelligence and leadership principles. His multicultural upbringing and global perspective—fluent in English, Hungarian, and conversational Brazilian Portuguese—allow him to connect authentically with leaders from diverse cultures and industries.
Sabrina Szabo, PCC
Founder & Global Leadership Coach
Sabrina Szabo is a seasoned coach, author, and advocate for transformative leadership. Born in Brazil and now residing in the USA, she brings a rich multicultural perspective to her work. Having lived in Canada, married a Hungarian, and experienced life across cultures, Sabrina integrates diverse viewpoints into her coaching practice. This global lens, combined with her deep passion for justice and inclusivity, sets her apart as a leadership coach.
Sabrina holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and will soon complete her Master of Arts in Global Leadership (MAGL). In the fall, she will begin her PhD in Intercultural Education, further expanding her expertise in cultural intelligence and leadership in diverse settings.
